Hi,
Please could someone point me in the direction of a reputable company who can come and inspect my garden properly. I am located in Newcastle, Staffordshire.
I am at the end of my tether and have had no back garden for 14 months in a new build property.
The builders who are no longer on site have "attempted" to fix the problem 3 times and every drain fitted has failed. I think there are a total of 6 drains over the garden and it is still completely water logged.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated .....
Desperately
Laura

Hi Laura,
This always a difficult one to answer as we don't know the make up of your garden ie, subsoil, soil etc: have you tried digging a hole filling it with water and monitoring if it drains? What materials are there making up the ground. Diggers, dumper trucks etc; compact the ground and water can't drain away. Could be as simple a remedy as just digging and loosening the subsoil, or and topsoil. We do need more information and possibly close up photo's.
