Hi could anyone tell me the percentage of gradient I would set my laser to work out 120mm of fall over 22 m real tight job for falls any help appreciated thanks in advance danny

Imho not enough ,maybe have a drain in the middle and get a 1:100 fall each way

It's not possible the invert in the manhole is 700 mm deep it's for a big extension on a house with a lot of new foul drainage the shortest route is 22m away

if you are talking drains danny i feel a fail coming
LBC have let us go as low as 1:120 for a non soil waste
but what you are talking is basically flat
a macerator is the next option

We put in a pumping station on a development we did and then was adopted by useless utilities, have you got a copy of sewers for adoption volume 7 lots of details on what you'll need. I doubt any bco private or council will pass that plus like tony said its just gonna back up.
