My side of the house seams to be getting a bit wet,
Here is a picture of it, at the bottom, it's not a great picture but it shows the kitchen waste coming from the wall
This is a picture from the top, I think I need some sort of hopper to catch the water that runs of the soil pipe.
And really I would like to try and make a proper connection from the garage guttering instead of the small pipe that there.
Thanks Simon

Good shout, it does get blocked quite often but it is not at the moment,
I think I need a larger exit from it to be honest
What I think is happening is the rain water is dripping of the soil pipe, that's why I thought a hopper or something to catch it.

You could build a course of bricks half way round and that way keep the gully free but only temporary until you can do a proper job. upgrade your 40ml, it;s not man enough to take that roof water.

Sorry I think I've misled you a bit the drain is fine.
I think the problem is that when it rains the water is running down the soil pipe and dripping against the house, also I do agree that the opening on the garage roof guttering is not up to this job and needs bigger fitted ( as it gets blocked from time to time )
Sorry for the confusion
