Hi everyone first post on this forum. to connect plastic pipe to clay you will need a adaptor fitting, which uses jubilee clips to clamp the rubber onto the clay pipe, you local merchant will know them as a "AC4000" clay to plastic 100mm fitting, MSH

Do I need manhole close to existing conection for this project or can this manhole be close to my outbuilding witch is 16 meters way ?

if the pipe line changes direction and is sewage yes you do,
if not no MSH

I'd be tempted to put an access chamber in. It makes future access so much easier and is pretty simple to install.
The adaptor couplings that MSH mentioned are shown here
