Hi all,

Need advise as I a complete novice on this subject, I have noticed that my patio in our back garden is only 25mm below the top of the DPC on our extention, which is not good!, so I have been advised that to prevent bridging I need to have a 150mm gap/drop from the wall and patio, as I'm going to do this myself is there any how too's I could view inc photo's, as I'm so what confused about laying channel drains or pea gravel without it causing a gap for tripping hazards.....any help would be great.. :D :D

before you start doing anything,
is there any problems with damp at present?
does the patio fall away from the house?
for a novice to cut a linear drain in would be very difficult
a picture or two would be handy
