I need to move an existing brick inspection chamber about 2m further towards the road (extension will be built over the existing).
I'm happy to cut into the clay pipe and join into a new chamber etc, but am not sure whether the 600mm diameter chamber that I have bought will be suitable for a driveway. Are they strong enough to drive a car over?? Are there any markings on the chamber/rings/lid that would indicate a safe load etc?
Thanks.

For a light vehicle driveway, as above, it will be fine.
Concrete is the key.
Be sure to use a decent inspection cover, ideally a B125 rated item.
Is this in a tarmac driveway? I'd reccomend a Clarke KMD762 KMB 600x450 ductile iron cover.
