A client has asked me why I quoted to install a concrete tank instead of it's polyethylene counterpart.
I'd never given it a thought before.
Apart from the obvious weight issue, does anyone have any thoughts regarding the relative pros & cons of either?

Incidentally I am in France, so issues of regulations, etc, will naturally be different than the UK

Hello MSH,

Here concrete is pretty much the norm.
I have been installing them for the last 12 years here, and do keep up to date with our local regs. It's just that recently a client has posed the question, where the others haven't, and I started to wonder if I was missing something. :)
As I say, the weight isn't an issue for me and I was wondering if there were any other particular attributes to P/E, that I was unaware of.
Regards
