Hello, I have a linear channel drain, in front of my garage door, which is clogged. I believe there was/is an outlet pipe that leads to a stream. It is clogged, and I am unable to find it. Is there any easy way to follow the drain to this clogged/missing pipe?

Thank you and sorry if this post is hard to follow.

there should be a hole in the bottom of the linear channel, normally at one end, i doubt you will be able to rod it but you can get a flexible rod used by electricians for moving cable through conduit, they are very thin and flexible, once you find the hole you should be able to dig around and get an idea of direction by sending the rod down the pipe, unless the pipe picks up another somewhere else, on a y-connector for example, they are usually laid in the most direct route.

if the tops are removable on your linear drain you can clear it out easily and find the outlet
