Linear drain channels

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I know the website says to lay linear drain channels on a bed of concrete, would i be ok to lay on a bed of morter using sharpsand?...Its for light foot traffic only, no chance of a car going over them....Would save me from having to buy concreteing sand and gravel.

just chuck pea gravel in with your sharp and dont forget the cement ;)

if you make it a strong mix c20/c30/c35 cement quantities then it will be ok,
