Hello this is my first post for this website, I am currently studying at nottingham trent university studying Civil Engineering Construction yr 2. For this year my design project, we have a path that needs to be redesigned to allow easier access for disabled users.

On the existing path there is a air chamber which is 600x450mm, I am trying to find out by looking at the BS what course can be taken in either moving or constructing around this chamber. I have looked at "BS 752:2008", this was of some help, however any help that anyone could provide I would be greatful for.

What do you mean by an "air chamber"?

put two large chambers in on a pipe line to house an air release valve. but at the end of the day its still only a manhole with cover and frame which you will have to work around, cost thousands to move. or is yours a vent pipe riser?
