I hava a client who is concerned about picking up bitumen residue on tyres of grasscutting machinery and contaminating the grass areas where the machinery tyres are in contact with the grass.

Does anyone know of an additive or surface dressing that will elliminate this problem or is my client being over courtious

Your advice would be appriciated

Personally I think he's being over-cautious!

You could drive a lawn tyred mower over the carpark we laid today and I'm certain there would be no pickup from it.

I guess if he's that paranoid you could chuck some dust down on the new surface, but that would kind of defeat the object of a new sealed surface.
