Around our property we have 4 main drains of diameter 19", 3 Inspection Chambers (are these refered to as IC's?) and a rodding chamber.

I know one of the main drains is a sewer drain (by opening it up and smelling the coffee (don't know why I said it that way)), and I can tell what Inspection Chamber is linked to it.

However I want to know which one (if any) will be the storm drain. Any tell tell signs?

you can pore dye down a rain gully and look which ic/ manhole it appears at.

Take a look down them when it's raining, see what is running.

Agree with LLL's tip of bog roll..........sniff sniff

Drain tracing dye is your friend. Add some to a known SW fitting such as a yard gully or rain-water pick-up beneath a downspout and see which IC it appears in.
