I have recently had an extension built & now decided to install a downstairs wc. The floor is suspended timber over a concrete base, the foundations are foundation blocks. My question is what size hole do I need through the foundations in order to pass a 4" clay pipe to an access chamber & connection to the main drain?

150mm diameter approx.
