I'm using a dry area channel next to a wall as suggested in your article on damp proof courses. What is the minimum longitudinal fall to a gully?

minimun fall is level as if it is level then the water will run down the gully
but pure level is hard to achieve so 1:60 is advised
in old language this is an inch to every 5 feet, but what i normally do is use a level on each one and just have the bubble touching the line on the high side, too much fall looks naff
cheers tony

^ As he said, just the way we do it.
No need to be too fussy, just get that bubble falling away.
