I need to replace a cracked pre-cast concrete crown and lid inspection unit which measures approx 750mm x 600 mm. I was told that they dont make units like these anymore so i would be greatful if anyone can tell me where to get hold of one as soon as possible please. (the existing one now has a piece of board over the top to stop my wheel going onto the cover and "spinning" it so my front wheel goes in the hole-very dodgie and deffinitely needs sorting. Please help!!!
thanks. terry.

why not get a 760 x 760 recessed cover and fill it with your choice of fill?

I guess you don't want to disturb/alter the adjacent paving/garden/surface?

Yes - good idea although I bet you'd be met with blank faces from BT!
What services are below/accessed from this broken cover?

Can you not cast one yourself?
You just make a form, cut some rebar and mesh for reinforcement, pour in the concrete, vibrate it and then finish the top/bottom with a trowel.
For use on your own private land this should work.
