I am installing a WC and washbasin in a single storey building with a concrete floor. A 110mm pipe runs in a trench under the toilet, between your feet as you sit on it, to a 500mm deep mini IC 6 metres directly in front of you. The washbasin is mounted on the other side of a stud partition behind the wc cistern so that the two units are effectively back to back. I would like to connect the basin waste directly into the main 110mm underground pipe. I would be very grateful for advice as to what components would be necessary to achieve the ideal conventional method of connection underground. Is it likely that an air admittance valve would be necessary either in the basin waste or the 110mm soil pipe?
Many thanks, Charlie
