Aaaaarrgggh! The 'waterlogged on clay' question - never a week goes past at this time of year without someone asking the exact same question, convinced that no-one else will ever have suffered as they are suffering, and far too busy to check the archives or use the search tool.
Create a thread and sticky it so it stays at the top of the thread list (I assume you can do this with this bulletin board?)
Call it something like "Drainage in Clay Soils: Read This First" and then put in some links to the relevant section on this website, along with some brief notes about using soakaways in clay soils.
Might save you from pulling your hair out quite so much.
