My current manhole is by the side of my kitchen wall, the outlet goes under the kitchen to my neighbours. The current angle from the waste inlet to outlet is 90 deg. I have to move the manhole because i,m extending out the side. This means the soil & rainwater will enter the manhole & have to almost go back on itself about 45deg to get back into the main sewerage pipe, is this acceptable ?

Yes - there are 135º slipper bends that can be used to 'reverse' the flow direction of an incoming side pipe and link up to the main line flow.

If you plan to use a pre-formed IC as the replacement for your MH, you can use bends to link the side pipe to the IC base at the required angle, summat like this....
