Hi there,
I scoured your site but could not find an answer to my queiry.

My garden has become waterlogged since putting in sheet piling at the top of my garden to create a trench around the back of my house so I could get windows into the basement. This has had drastic consequences in raising the waterlevel.

I want to dig down and put in a land drain but I will need it to drain through the steel piling.

What is the best way to go about this? Should I use a puddle flange?
Have you come across this sort of thing before and is there a general specification for geting around it?

Thanks, George

It sounds like you need a site-specific solution. There are general specs, but they are so generalised, they are all but meaningless for anything out of the ordinary.

It's probably best to get a drainage consultant or even a decent groundworker to come and take a look.
