Building regs

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I need to hand in my building regs for drainage of a new house, can anybody help with the wording and also on my plans do i need to show red for foul water and blue for surface water. Much appreciated :D
