I'm thinking about moving my bathroom upstairs by partitioning off part of my master bedroom. The problem is that due to the shape of the house the only place to put the bath/toilet is towards the front of the house.
The current soil pipe goes to ground inside the house, but at the back of the house. I wouldn't want to create a new one at the front of the house.
There is plenty of space underneath the floor to run a pipe to the back of the house (about 15-16ft) where it could meet a down pipe connected to the current soil pipe (you still with me??!!). However I'm not sure whether this is the done thing. Could someone give me an idea whether doing this is OK or anything I should be wary about.
Thanks
