Hi
I was wondering if anyone could help with an idea I have had about tidying up my patio.
Basically when I bought the house there was a patio laid with paving slabs. However despite my best efforts to clean these, they are looking a little tired, and I would like to do something new. My idea is to (with the help of my dad, of course!) lay down some concrete over the slabs. My garden has a blue theme so I was hoping to add blue concrete dye to the concrete - has anyone any advice on how best to do this?
Also further questions! I wanted to lay ceramic tiles where my patio meets the lawn to produce a nice edge (see attached photo). What sort of ceramic tiles would I need to use, where would I get these from, and is it a case of just putting these in when the concrete is still wet?
Apologies for so many questions and many thanks in advance.
Corine
