hi,i need to replace my existing cast iron stack with a upvc one and was wondering if you know of any connector that i could join the upvc to the ci.this would save digging up the concrete to get to the clay pipe.i was hoping to cut the cast pipe and join up close to ground level.any help gratefully appreciated.

Ask your local Builders' Merchant or Drainage Centre for a Band-Seal or Flex-seal coupling.

If you're really lucky, they'll have a uPVC-CI adaptor, but the two types mentioned above are fantastically felxible and adaptable, and will do the job just as well.
