Hi,

I am just wondering if anybody out there knows of any neat tips for achieving a slope for drainage when laying crazy paving. The surface I am laying on is concrete but has poor drainage, that is it starts off sloping ok, but the slope is not consistant. The area is a basic square about 17x17 feet.
I was going to approach the matter using string as a guide. Whats the best way to set it up before I start the job.

Any help very much appreciated,

Ta

Have you read the Setting Out pages, Alan?

They give basic information on establishing falls and levels, but, if you've still got questions after reading the pages linked from there, post back here.
