My assistant doing a foreigner laying 2x2 council greys, I said screed it and borrow my vacuum lifter throw them in. But they want them on a full mortar bed.

110m2 I said £25/m2 plus £5m bedding so £30m2 material supplied so labour only that sound about right?

Prep and sub base by others

I did a load of these on a screeded ready mix floor screed, using your method above. They ba went shifted in 8 years. Can you not do that instead?

It’s a cricket club, his mate plays there.

So the cricket mate knows a guy who’s going to dig it out with mini and stone it up, although asking my guy all the quantities as he’s asking me, then he’s going to lay them. They’ve got it in their head full mortar bed and he’s not experienced enough to fight his corner, I’ve shown him an area I did of 200m2 at local hospital on screed with edge retention that’s not moved but alas sometimes we can only point and ppl have to find out the hard way lol

Definitely the £30/m although that does depend on your business overheads etc etc
