I need to re-point some areas of my stone driveway but am struggling to get a colour match on the mortar - just wondered if anybody could offer me some advice please?
The original mortar has a very light 'pink' hue (salmon pink possibly?). What would you suggest I try sand/cement wise to get something near a match. I understand I will need to experiment but is there a particular choice of material to start off with?
I don't think that a mortar colouring/tint was originally used as the area is quite large and other areas of the house have the same sort of colouring.
Would really appreciate any help and many thanks in advance.
