Hi all,

Very new to this so bear with me in terminology etc.

We had a huge garden overhaul October last year and at the weekend I have had to attempt to take out the pointing due to going black, green etc. It looked awful and even scraping a few layers down was still showing discolouration. So far power washer and then on hands and knees trying to put it out with any sort of sharp object I can get my mitts on is proving pretty painful.

The stuff used was geo-fix, I get the impression from this forum its not the best. So what (buff coloured) would be the best between buff Indian sandstone.

Also, I assume after a good dry 24 hours would mean I can apply a sealant/enhancer. Is 24 hours enough? Can anyone recommend a good enhancer? Resiblock is a name I see all over the net, at £80 is it worth it?

Hi Cdu311,
We've been using and reccomending Nexus Pro joint max, they do a neutral colour which should fit the bill for you.
In relation to sealing, we advise sandstone outdoors doesn't need sealing.
Cheers
Tom

Hi CDU
We produce a sealant specifically for Indian Sandstone. If you would care to PM me with your contact details, we will happily supply you with a sample FOC - so you will be able to judge for yourself.
Regards
Craig
