We just had a new patio laid. The landscaper used indian sandstone and slabs were laid on the bed of the sharp sand. Then the pointing was done and everything was sealed. Today, we noticed that few slabs are wobbly. After the careful inspection it became obvious that pointing is separating from the slabs and that actuually they can easily be lifted off.
It did cost a lot of money and I am beyond desparation. The guy is coming to inspect the problem but I wanted to hear a second/expert opinion before he comes and hear what in your opinion the best remedial action is. The photos are given with the link and I hope you can give me advice based on them.
Thank you in advance
