Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Credit where it's due - Resiblock are one of the most reliable and responsive companies in the business. It's not really fair to report a non-response from any business when it had been less than 24 hrs since you contacted them.

As for the circular stains, they are nowt to do with Resiblock: it is reflective staining caused by sub-standard installation of the flagstones....Reflective Staining

The 'they' very often tend to be generalists, part-time paviors, rather than paving professionals.

There's no effective training in this trade and so these bodge jobs persist, and they will as long as we have no formal training, no verified assessment, and no nationally-recognised, worthwhile certification.
