Saw this

It's mainly about how to remove stains from concrete 'worktops' and walls, but I was wondering if may used in other situations? Maybe PIC?

I can't see it working with PIC because it shuld laready be sealed.

Not sure about all the Americanese, either - what're these 800, 1200 grits? How realistic is it for someone to use umpteen grades of sandpaper on their driveway?

Yeah, it's an american site.

Not knowing about PIC (can you tell?

) I wasn't sure how easily it gets stained by things like small oil spills and even if it is repairable in those situations.
