Had raj stone flags laid. One week ago . Used resiply mortar . The mortar was applied by brushing across the srface of the flags to give the flags a coatings and then packed into the gaps. THe resin has set into the riven are of the flags and needs to be cleaned off. { it will scrape with a soft plastic scraper ) in addition it was walked on by the contractors and also inadequately cleaned beforehand no left lots of pale grey blobs spoiling the effects of the flags . I had been reading this site and was planning to use a colour enhancer followed by a sealer , but now need advise on how I can get the flags back to their original state and what products to use for colour enhancement and wet look sealer.

Hoping someone can help me out here

the contractor needs to clean it off
have you any photos Kath?
wrong time of year for any sealing now ,its too cold and wet ,need to wait till next april may

Yes Kath the paving will need to be properly cleaned first (Iâ€™m sure R & A can advise here). This is essential because a colour enhancer will augment everything, both the attractive geological features AND the defects.
