Anybody know of a metal suspended grid system for laying slabs on uneven ground.

Bradstone had such a system for a couple of years but stunningly poor sales caused it to be be withdrawn and parked up in a dark corner of a very big shed in Hulland Ward.
They *may* have a few kits remaining that they'd sell off if prompted, but I can't be sure.

Thanks for the reply Tony, you where right they were hidden in a dark corner. My local dealer said that they no longer stock the product anymore.Time to get the spade and mixer out.

I've laid slabs on pedestals but it was over ten years ago on a commercial site and have no idea where they were purchased from so probably not much help.
The pedestals where circular and you screwed them to get them to your required height.
They had 4 bits sticking out of them turning the top of the pedestal into 4 quadrants and the corner of the slab would sit inside the quadrant so you'd need 4 to lay one slab.

Shame the Bradstone system is no longer on the market. They never promoted it well, it could have make a great replacement for decking on sloping ground. It was also a bit overpriced given the normal discounts from list price were not to be had.

How big and area did you need? I could ask the nice people at Bradstone if they have any owld stock they want to rid themeslves of......
