Hi Helpful folks, sorry - have another issue now...Need help, please.
New granite patio - laid two months ago. Re-pointed (topped up) about a week ago with the same product as previously, month back. This time the lighter slabs appeared to become coloured around the edges. Does anyone know if this is a temporary thing and will fade away with time or if should be treated to get rid of? tried to wash it with the brush&water - no effect. The stains more noticeable when the slabs are wet. The blue-grey slabs don't look as bad as silver ones. Here is the picture to illustrate my question:

Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

LLL, it was some wet jointer, can't say off the top of my head as not at home to check. Jointex Easy I'm thinking, but may be something else similar. What interesting, it is the same product that these joints were pointed with about a month or so ago. There were no issues whatsoever. The can is still the same, they just needed to top up few joints here and there and, I believe, just did the whole patio again, as it was easier. The only difference between the two processes, there was a chemical clean sometime between them, about a week before second jointing, to lift up cement dust off the slabs. But this was not at the joints that are stained now. I'm puzzled as to why only silver slabs are affected (unless the blue-grey don't show it that much). But even when dry, blue-grey become lighter, but no obvious signs of staining...

I thought so too, but just wasn't too confident to trust my own gut feeling :-) thanks a lot for reassurance, LLL!!!
