Hi,
Got the builders laying my patio, around 102sqM of Brett Paving Canterbury, that’s a cast concrete slab with a riven effect, mixed patio packs. We’re planning to use Jointex Easy to point the slabs, but have seen the Sika Pavefix stuff in local merchants that looks similar. Difference seems to be that Jointex is brushed onto wetted slabs and doesn’t need to be tooled, and the Sika Pavefix is brushed in dry and needs to be pushed into joints. Does anyone have experience of either of these products?
TIA.

The safest bet in terms of ease and margin for error is the jointex but beware that one part polymers have a relatively short shelf life.

Also even though you don't need to tool them in a lot of the contractors on this site do tool them in because it will undoubtedly improve the performance of the product
