I laid 32m2 of medium priced Black Limestone as a patio last summer and after advice from Roger have left it until now to seal. I am going to use Miracle 501 Seal & Advance as per Rogers advice. I think Roger said 2 litres should be enough for 2 coats. I just need a bit of advice on the sealing method. I will be using Roger's berry stain cleaning technique first to get rid of the winter stains from leaves, birds etc. I know that Miracle sealants do an applicator tool which has mixed reviews. Can anyone give me some detailed instructions on applying the sealer?

It's 511 not 501, this is the product on the link below,

The miracle applicators are pretty rubbish to be honest, if you get the sealer from Tiling Logistics ask them to send you a couple of the grey applicators I use or you can use a paint pad which if I have a larger area to seal, then paint pad all the way for me.
For sealing apply with an applicator, paint pad, brush, sponge etc whatever works for you. You apply the sealer not to much not to little rubbing it into the surface after around 5-10 mins of it being on the surface you wipe off any excess sealer off the surface with a lint free cloth as you don't want to leave pools of sealer on the paving.
