Hi guys, hope you've all got a relaxing weekend planned!
We've recently had some new showroom plans designed and printed and I thought I'd show you all. We thought that putting up plaques or signs might spoil the flow of the displays but a lot of clients like to wander around by themselves without a sales assistant just to get a feel for everything.

its a bit busy for me Bec :;):
joking aside I am sure it will look fab
the main thing is that punters can see what a real garden might look like not just 2 square metres of stone and you seem to have done that
BTW are there any female hardscaper on this form?
i do know of 1 in luton but she doesnt do the interweb

I like to wander around places like this without a salesperson shadowing me, but a nice greeting as you enter and perhaps "If you need any help or guidance, I'd be pleased to help" or something. Nothing worse than having to wait for an over-worked salesperson to serve you - think of the big electrical retailers, they're terrible for it.

A merchant I sometimes use have a decent sized display area.
They give customers a plan drawing of the display with each area labelled with the product, this initiates first contact and avoids the need for signs on the display.

Thanks for the replies guys. That's what we're trying to achieve I guess, a way for customers to see what's on the display without one of the sales people having to follow them round the display and point everything out. Some people like that, in which case we're happy to oblige but I think most people want to be left to their own devices at least while they get to grips with everything. Takes the pressure off.
LLL - I haven't spotted any female regulars on here, I'm feeling a bit outnumbered!
