You know, you're 100% right.

However, whilst he IS contravening H&S recommendations, he is a very experienced contractor. OK, could be argued he should know better, equally he also has the experience to know what is and isn't a fair risk - and much of H&S is down to risk assessment.

As to our role as a manufacturer, we cannot enforce our recommendations. That's down to either the guy on site, his boss, or whoever is responsible for H&S on site.

Thanks for the comments; I guess many on here may well be thinking the same.

Anyway, I'm pleased you like the product.
