it has been dry for 2 days now if it continues for another 3 days is it ok to seal?

I'd wait till some warmer weather mate, as it still gets damp & temps drop over night so depending on when you finish sealing for the day is there enough time for the sealer to cure?
Cleaned some block paving Wednesday, we've had no rain also, but still wasn't dry enough to re-sand yesterday afternoon, purely the temp drop and over night dew keeping it damp.

It's the first really nice weekend of the year, it's early March, so there will be the inevitable surge to the DIY sheds for inappropriate patio maintenance products.
Power washers to rip out the jointing, acid-based cleaners to ravage the imported sandstone and cheap concrete, anti-algae treatments that turn the patio into a skid-pan, and sealants that should only ever be used after the end of May, so any day now all the usual "I've think buggered up me patio by using....." posts will start appearing.
It wouldn't be Spring without 'em!
