Black limestone restorer/sealant - romex?

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi - I'm cleaning a black limestone patio and want to restore it back to its original darker colour and seal it. I don't want it to have a sheen on it, so matt finish but original colour.

I read this post http://www.pavingexpert.com/stonpv05.htm but the Romex Colour Sealant/Restorer doesn't seem to be readily available. Any recommendations on where I can source it or an equivalent?

Dry Treat Enhance plus will do the job. I've tested them all and in my experience its the best by far.
