Hiya, I am lucky enough to have uncovered the original flagstone floor in the dining room of our Victorian terrace. They are all level . My question is - some of the gaps between the flags are quite large, about 3/4 of an inch, some are non-existant and everything in-between, what would we use to point them, we would like a dark steel grey colour that is hardwearing. We have cleaned them with a stone cleaner and they have come up really well and raked out all the old mortar, after grouting we intend on sealing with a Thompsons sealer, I was told about Rompox but this has large granules in it which would not be suitable for some of the gaps but was interested in the resin ingredient. Any ideas anyone?
