Looking at the stone vendor’s recommendation it seems to be common to seal before laying. This would work well for me, as I can set up shelves in my garage to do sealing over some evenings before laying, hence having the stone nice and dry.
We wish the good looks to last for a long time and would not mind “deepening� the colour of some of the stone. A lot of de-icing salt may get used on the paving, so a sealant that reduces how much water soaks in could be beneficial.
I believe that “dry-treat strain proof� and “lithofin MM stain stop� are leading products. How do they compare in real life?
