Slate patio

please help, we have had a slate patio put down and a lot of the smaller slabs have not stuck down, 5 to 1 mix used, slate washed off on back and also pva applied, and they still wont stick, whats going wrong and how to fix it

pva is not for use outdoors as its water soluable. you need to use the sbr based slurry on the bond bridge page.
