Hi,
We need to pave approx 85sp metre area in our garden and would like a contempory modern feel. We really like the new Isis limstone paving from Marketstone (in delta sand). At the moment it only come in project packs (11.25sp m per pack). we have got a good price at approx £60 per sq m inc VAT.
From the sample we have the product looks good but we have no expereince with limestone paving and do worry it might be 1.) difficult to maintain 2.) not stand up to our harsh winter.
We are using a professional landscaper who is trying to steer us away from the product mainly because of a.) the cost and b.) the maintenance issues. (Although he realises it will initially give us the look we want.)
We cannot find any other product that matches the 1.) colour 2.) price and 3.) quality and furthermore that will give us the modern/contempory look we seek.
I just wondered if anyone has had any expereince with this paving (or limestone paving in general) and if we are stupid to ignore our landscapers concerns.
Thanks for any advice
