Hi all.
Had an enquiry for a clean and seal. Nice chap. The worst part has overhanging conifers and a purple beech tree. He reckons his "man friday" already pressure washed it (possibly with a "toy" pressure washer...
We've been in twice now to test different products. Brick acid, Lithofin Outdoor Cleaner, Skavenska and the new Oxy-Clensa. All of which were, well, crap. We're gonna do a patch test clean with our petrol pressure washer but I was trying to preserve the frail jointing for him.
Anyone got any inspiration? I am tearing my hair out on this one.
TIA
Deep cleaning :(

Been up there today with our petrol Karcher to do some more test cleaning. Certainly improved things but as usual the black spotting is the problem. Interestingly, I used Oxy-Clensa on a 290 x 290mm mixed up as a poultice and left on for 24 hours covered with a bag. That was the easiest flag to clean and the spotting is virtually gone - not exactly an option for 150m2 !!!!!
full bed only - spot and dabs are the scourge!!

bleach.
mix it up fairly strong, brush it on, and leave for a couple of hours.
I do my conservatory with it and it comes up a treat.
before i had me shower re-tiled, i used to put it neat on the mould, and by morning it had gone
