help soft stained tarmac! - Help tarmac affected by white spirit!

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I spilled some bitumastic paint on my red tarmac drive.I cleaned it of the best i could with white spirit the only problem is now its got a stain where i cleaned it and its gone soft what can i do to help eliviate this problem.
