Well firstley i have to be honest, i got sold to , hook line and sinker.
Great stuff i was told , make money from it , quicker , remove all the old problems with sand and cement.
So following the instructions in the box of i went.
What a load of BO----KS.
Doesnt wash out , i can get it out with a hose on half pressure, No weeds , they may be right there, what with all the moss and the rest of the rubbish it in i cant see what weeds there are.
So having replaced a couple of patios at my cost and more customers coming back, i thought enough is enough.
So i spoke to Bostik who supply it and then sent the samples and pictures they asked for.
Reply came a short while later, sorry you did not send us pictures so it makes it harder, I emailed them twice, but then comes the best. ITS WATER DAMAGE, and then like there teaching there granny to suck eggs, they wrote in bold lettering all the points on how water will harm it.
So I rang, it did not get rained on the pointing i said, joints may have been wet they said, no i made sure the jointing where dry to touch and look, arrrr they say it could be moisture in the ground or sub base, well if it looks dry feels dry what else can i do , end us more samples, get it tested yourself or go to trading standards they say, well can't you just send someone out i say, NO .
I cant be the lonely one who is having these problems, i'm fed up with the big companys sticking there fingers up at us and walking away.
So im going to make a fuss, if any of you have info, pictures or anything that will help us get are money back please let me know
