If it's from B&Q then the quallity is pretty much guaranteed to be poor but at that price you almost can't pass it by. It works out at approx £26m2 thats pretty cheap. My worries would be it's porousity and the chances of it going rusty and a 600x600x20 flag is big and thin so it will break easily when bedding etc. If you go for it then follow the instructions on the main site and chances of problems will be greatly reduced. Definately think about using some kind of bond bridge (SBR or cement slurry). Let us know what you do and post some photos.

thanks pablo, i have a 15% off voucher and £300 credit note thats the only reason i was thinking of using B&Q but it still costs £1056 but your comments of it looking rusty has put me off.

anyone seen the granite and any other comments?

hi pablo, i haven't gone for the offer yet as i was a bit concerned about it going rusty. however i potentially will only be paying 200 of my cash. any ideas how much the sbr or cement slurry would be for 42m2? also how much would a builder charge to fit them?

thanks in advance

In my area B&Q are very competitive when it comes to things like sand & cement.
For example buy 5 or more bags of cement and they work out at £3.12 a bag, get 10% off if you take an OAP with you on Wednesday and it's £2.81 a bag.
Local bm's charge nearer £4 a bag for non account customers.
