Hi there,
I've just had a bradstone polished natural sandstone (modac coloured) patio laid. When the builder pointed with "Geofix" this left dark stains around the edges which ruins the otherwise brilliant look.
Does anyone know if this will dissappear in time or how to remove these stains if not.
Before they grouted the slabs it looked amazing, now all the joints are blurred and it looks a mess.

I cant really offer much in the way of advice on this subject, but from what i do know i think "Geofix" is not regarded as a good jointing material, and other products such as romex or GTFK are the better brands.
I think the above is correct, sure some one with more knowledge on the subject will tell you more.

Yeah romex much better product. Think you should be asking the builder who done the job to come and have a look and ask what is he going to do about the staining

The resin that has been absorbed by the paving from the GeoFix will gradually disappear, but because there are so many variables with paving, it could be a month or it could be a year or even longer.
Once it's gone, you'll be left with a useless joint filler. Long before that, it'll be covered in algae and have started to come loose at various locations.

They do, but consider getting your investment properly jointed before the winter. It won't be expensive and will save time and money later.
