Block kadapa - Sealing??

I have been to a job tonight and the client has asked about the Black Kadapa limestone they have laid. Unfortunately the contratcor who did it did not inform them of the likelyhood of them goingwhite/grey and she was asking about sealing them.

Would it keep them looking black when dry and can you get 'mat' sealant??

Any help or info greatfully recieved

They have been down a few years I think.
