Pointing - Indian stone

Just cleaned up some slabs (Indian stone) round the back of my house with a pressure washer. The slabs have come up great, but where there was some moss in the joints the washer has also taken out some of the pointing in places. Question is, can I just repoint those areas, or is it best to pull out all the pointing and start again?

if the rest is ok just take out the loose pointing and repair.
